School of Discipleship
The purpose of the School of Discipleship is to help train group members to become group leaders.

The School consists of three levels; each 13 weeks long. It teaches about the basics of the faith, biblical content, cell group life, and the church’s vision.

SOD 1 – Pre-requisite (1): Attends a Crossroads small group

Content: The Basics of the Faith

SOD 2 – Pre-requisites (5): Completed SOD 1, attended Encounter Retreat, is church member, has invited 5 people to worship or group, and serves as apprentice group leader

Content: Survey of the Bible and principles of Cell group leadership
